Cleaning your Philips AquaTrio Pro will help you keep your appliance in optimal condition. Read along for some tips and tricks.
How to clean my Philips AquaTrio Pro after use
Flushing the appliance
We advise you to flush the appliance after every use to prevent dirt from accumulating and bacteria from growing inside. If you do not flush the appliance after every use, this may lead to an unpleasant smell.
Cleaning parts
You can also clean each part separately for a thorough clean. The diagram below shows how each part of your Philips AquaTrio Pro can be cleaned.
Cleaning the dirty water tank more thoroughly
For extra-thorough cleaning, you can pull up the floater attached to the lid of the dirty water tank of the appliance. This enables you to rinse the bottom of the sieve and the floater properly.
Tip: You can also place the dirty water tank in the dishwasher.
Cleaning the mopping brushes more thoroughly
The mopping brushes are cleaned when you flush your Philips AquaTrio Pro after use. If the brushes are still dirty after flushing, you can remove them from the nozzle and clean them with warm or cold running water. The mopping brushes are not washing machine-proof.
Cleaning instructions:
- Lift the mopping brushes out of the mopping nozzle by their lime green grips.
- Clean the mopping brushes by rinsing them with running water. If you want, you can use a liquid household cleaner or some washing up liquid.
- Put the mopping brushes on the clean mopping brush cover to dry.
- Replace the brushes. Make sure the mopping brushes are dry when they are placed into the appliance.
Cleaning the mopping brush cover
You can clean the mopping brush cover under the tap and with a damp cloth.
Cleaning the mopping nozzle
You can clean the inside of the mopping nozzle and the mopping nozzle lid with a damp cloth.
