Since one month, I don't receive any notifications anymore on my iPhone/iPad (both on iOS 10.1.1).
I'm paying for this service (iVideon - SILVER) and it doesn't work :-(.

iPhone SE On iOS 10.1(14B72) gets no alerts. Wife iPhone 5S with iOS 10.1 gets no alerts. Before update in iOS 9 All went fine. Still have An old 4S with iOS 9 And there iT works Well. Philips does not follow THE updates Well. Our iPads don t get THE alerts as Well.

I bought one unit more than one year ago, and after a lot of problems finally placed it less then two meters away from a strong and stable wifi router. This unit now delivers a good picture most of the time, but some time disconnects. The software settings for sensitivity are hard to get right. Now I bought one more unit, hoping that updates should have made it more reliable. But this new unit is totally unstable at a more normal wifi strängt. And the software disconnects my old unit when I install the new one. To bad stability to be us useful.

This monitor worked perfect, but recently the push messages on my phone stopped. So the initial reason to buy this product, receiving messages when there is a sound or movement in the house, doesn't work anymore. I hope this will be solved soon. My app is updated so I hope the next update will solve this problem rapidly

The alerts were working fine and then all of a sudden I stopped receiving notifications on my phone. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the alerts worked again for a few days and then stopped. I have to uninstall and reinstall constantly. Please fix your app. I have 4 cameras with recording paid for and am considering stopping everything and changing to a different brand!

I've had mine (two of them) for over a year now and I'm constantly having to reset them. This frequently takes an hour or so. Often when away from home I can't view on my phone but then can't reset until I get home - useless if I'm away for any length of time. Constantly get a message that the cameras are offline. Often however, if they are showing as "offline" I still get alerts which means they can't be offline. This is extremely infuriating as I get an alert and then can't check the cameras. My house could be getting raided and this is very frustrating. I now have the alerts switched off which defeats the purpose. A complete waste of money.

After my iphone and ipad upgrade to iOS9 the App stops working. every time I open a Camera stream it is only loading and hangs.
