it's easy to take it to everywhere on my neck. so cool when i used it outdoor. especially i love philips sound quality. good bass good sound . i love it.

I don't see how this headphones won't fit in ear when they got the exactly same system as other Beats or Samsung or any other headphones producer. The system is simple. Different sizes of rubber earplugs. The sound quality is good, enough for this price. Good bass sound. I have no problems with the BT connections. Easy to connect on any smartphone (I use them on Samsung Smartphone). I connected them on may Smart TV, on my laptop, and I had no problems. The connection is stable. This is a good product for the common user. If you want extreme performance, put more money and buy something else, something pro.

I am satisfied by this headset . Sound quality is good and it fits properly in ear also. The problem started when i tried connecting to my lumia phone via NFC, after that i could not pair the device with any other Bluetooth device. Only NFC works . :(

The actual earpiece which inserts into the ear is far too bulky and feels very heavy and unnatural. Would suggest to move the circuitry to the volume controls or down along the wire away from the earpiece.

Because of the poor design of the earpieces shape, it does not sit comfortably in your ears. The leakage invites the noises causing poor music performance. You may try to push it deep into your ears, that result painful ears. The bass is weak too. The cable is stiff. The light weight is the only positive of the earpiece.

Poor battery life, after 6 months i can't charge my earphone now, wasted money. No APPS for EQ setting or check battery level. Regretted to be a loyal Philips fan. :(

Painful to the ears (as it doesnt fit well) Music quality is poor (since it doesnt fit well into the ears) Battery life is decent (4 hours or so) Moving your head to the side cuts off the bluetooth connection. I can probably go on but what it boils down to is- dont buy this product!!!

Hi, I bought this product a month back. And I have not satisfied at in any aspect in terms of design, sound quality and usability. It never fits properly and I feel uncomfortable. And ears pain if we keep for more than 15 min. It can't pair with laptop. For me i could only pair to mobile with NFC feature. My rate is 1 for out of 5. Not worth product for that money.

It is very uncomfortable to wear, doesn't fit ears as it too big also can't replace to rubber ending to smaller as Philips used their own shape! As it doesn't fit ears other can hear your music :( It lso won"t stay in your ear as it is too big It also do not want to conect to PC and it is not PC falut as competitior product I use before worked without any problem the same other devices Cable is very long what also makes wearing it very uncomfortable as it tickles your neck all the time. I would love to return it and get my monez back but as there is no phisical dmage of product I can't :( THis was total WASTE of MONEY!
