In your Airfryer, you can simultaneously prepare meat and vegetables. Because you are cooking with air, the flavors do not carry over. Enjoy these tasty marinated lamb chops!

4 lamb chops
½ bunch fresh mint
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 parsnip
1 yellow carrot

1 fennel bulb
1 purple carrot
Salt and pepper
Fresh rosemary

Directions

Chop the mint and rosemary very finely or use a hand blender or mincer. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and season the marinade to taste with salt and pepper. Marinate the lamb chops for at least 3 hours. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and leave them to soak in a container of water. Heat your Airfryer to 200 degrees and sear the lamb chops for 2 minutes. Remove the chops from the basket and cover the bottom with the (drained) vegetables. Place the lamb chops on top. Cook for another 6 minutes at 200 degrees. Tasty with mashed potatoes with rosemary!
