Perfect for a BBQ or with spare ribs: homemade slaw.
   Ingredients
    - ¼ white cabbage
  - 3 carrots
  - 1 apple
  - 25 g grapes
  
     - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or 0% fat Greek yogurt
  - Bunch parsley
  - 1 lime
  
     Directions
    - Peel the carrot and the apple and add together with the white cabbage in the food processor using the julienne slicer. 
  - Halve the grapes and finely chop the parsley. Mix everything in a large bowl with the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. Season the coleslaw to taste with salt and pepper and the juice of one lime.
