My Philips Doorbell Chime will not show the light indicator

If your Philips Doorbell Chime is not showing the light indicator, find possible causes and solutions below.
 
  • This chime is only compatible with the Philips Home Safety Wireless Video Doorbell. To install the chime, you first need to install and set up your Doorbell. 
  • Before pressing the reset button, make sure that the chime is plugged into a plug socket. 
  • Press and hold the reset button until you hear a prompt.
