If you are unable to hear any sound from your Philips Doorbell Chime, find possible causes and solutions below.
Ensure that the Chime is properly plugged in.
Check that there are no obstructions or interference between the doorbell and the chime. Signal interference can be caused by materials such as brick or concrete, or household appliances like microwaves.
Test the chime functionality by triggering the doorbell from various distances within your home to ensure that it is still within range.
If there is no sound after attempting to pair it with the Wireless Video Doorbell, the pairing was likely unsuccessful. Try pairing the chime again:
Make sure that the Chime is plugged into a plug socket.
Press and hold the reset button until you hear a prompt.
Hold the Doorbell close to the Chime.
Press the button on the front of the Doorbell.
To confirm the pairing, press the Doorbell button. The Doorbell and Chime should both ring.
