Great product, instructions need to be clearerGreat product, very straightforward and easy to use, however had to call customer service and read online forums for parents before I could use it, because it was absolutely unclear for how long items were sterile when lid was open (and you need to open it to use the bottles!). Somehow it's not in the instructions? Apparently sterilised items are sterile for 4 hours once lid is open and up to 24 hours if items are stored in the fridge after the lid is open. I suggest to add this into instructions as otherwise they are confusing and even potentially misleading.

Easy to use and compactThis product is brilliant, it's easy to use and does a thorough job. It's compact and does not take up allot of room. I definitely would recommend this product to other mums.

Easy to use when time is shortThis stereliser is easy to use and quick. Simply put the required water in and pop it in the microwave. It can sterelise enough bottles for the day and night feeds, so in theory you only need to load it once a day. It has handy sections to put all the appropriate parts of the bottles in, and you can also sterelise the bits of the breast pump too. Over all I found it easy to use and quick too.

This product is convenient for sterilising quicklyWe had previously used a plug-in steam steriliser and found the length of time it took was not always convenient. The microwave steriliser was our solution. A good size for the microwave and keeping bottles sterile for 24 hours were plus points. The main plus point was the speed to sterilise. The number of bottles held was useful but placing the bottles in their positions was not always easy and they could ocassionaly topple. The only other negative was the difficulty removing the hot product from the microwave if the bottles were needed quickly. Overall we had a good experience with this product and have recommended it to others.

Good unit just needs bit more infoHad the same issue as another reviewer, at the start felt like we were trapped to our microwave but the info regarding how long items are sterile once removed was what we were looking for. We have even put the still closed unit in the car for when we were going out!! Otherwise very easy to use, just run it up as you feed so its ready and cool waiting in microwave for next feed.

Don't forget to add waterAs a new 1st time Mom I wanted to get everything right. I was suffering from post natal anxiety, worried about everything and wasn't thinking straight. I went to visit my Mom for a couple of days. On my return I emptied the steriliser for transportation. When I arrived home I had no bottles ready for use so put them in the steriliser and put it in the microwave. As I still wasn't feeling well and was tired I forgot to put water in it and blew a hole in the bottom of the steriliser. For this product you need to remember to put water in it every time.

Needs to be a little bigger for the natural bottlesWell organised in general but you can only just get 4 natural bottles plus teats rings and lids in, even following the instructions provided. In fact I had to find my own way that worked better. Probably fine with the traditional ones as they are narrower. Otherwise better than another I was given. Oh and you don't need to tilt the larger bottles as it is plenty tall enough for them to stand upside down allowing you to sterilise 4 at a time, not 2 as the instructions say.

Great for the caravanWe already have one of the bigger Avent sterilisers for use at home but it was too big and awkward to take with us in the touring caravan (doesn't travel well and takes up too much room). We thought this would be then answer and it was!
A very simple, intuituve, easy to use product. Small, light and portable with clips to keep it together this fits the bill perfectly for sterilising bottles on the move.
