A very good product. In the first day of using it I can realize that my house get fresher. The sensor is very sensitive that can detect small changes in air quality. It is a friendly user product and easy to carry around. Totally recommended for those who want to invest their money to get better health and cleaner air. I buy at local store at RM799 in July 2022. Although the product was release 2016, Philips still manufacture this model in recent year that made me trust Philips more. Filter replacement also easy to find.

The air purifier design looks very cool where the size is not so big. besides that when running this item, the sound is slow and good for night

Bought this during a Malaysia Day sale. It was a good deal especially during haze in Sep 2019. During haze period, it can be seen that the unit struggled to purify the dirty indoor air as it took several hours to change from red to purple. It never get to purify air until blue. However, during non-haze period, the unit easily purify the indoor air as it took less than an hour to change from pink to blue. The unit had E2 error after 2 months of usage, so the unit was taken to local Philips distributor. After a week, Philips replace a new air purifier because the old one had problems.

This is my 1st time using air purifier. I was excited when received it last week. 1st day I used it at my bedroom. I can feel the air is different and clean. My family member has the sinus problem and she will react when there is a dust and will sneez all along. After using the air purifier,she fell comfortable and she can sleep soundly. This purifier very easy to wash and clean. I'm so lucky to try this product. I strongly recommend this product to my family members and friends.

Small and cute product.. Light, easy to carry.. Easy to assemble and disassemble.. The night mode, suitable for night use.. Child lock- very useful, prevent my child from changed the setting Got the good quality of air..my husband no longer sneezing.. For improvement: 1. Provide timer to set the time 2. Remote control, easy to change setting

The reason I always wanted to get an air purifier at home is because my husband and daughter are suffering from sinus problem. I can’t on the Aircond for whole night otherwise the dry air will make them sneeze and causing blocked nose. So I have to switch off the Aircond after 2-3 hours. Too bad I need some cool air due to heatiness during pregnancy. Thus it’s quite suffering for me to struggle whether to switch on the Aircond in the midnight when I feel hot. After trying the air purifier for a week, I can feel the air circulation in the bedroom improved, less smelly odour compared to previous. Now I don’t have to switch on the Aircond in the midnight due to stagnant and humid air. Besides, a lot of dust was trapped and filtered although only use for a week, that’s amazing! Now my husband and daughter have less sneezing and can have a better quality sleep through the night. I like the night mode too, it’s quietly operating at night without any noise. In addition, the child lock function is very good to prevent my daughter from changing the setting. Overall, I am satisfied with the product performance.

Philip's AC1000 series are well-known to be their entry-level air purifier, but it's by no means basic. They've designed the AC1215/30 specifically for bedroom usages but to be honest, the size is a bigger and a little heavier than expected - not a deal breaker at all. The overall built quality is fantastic, one does not have to worry about accidentally breaking the cover apart when replacing its filters; nor if they have active little boys at home who loves to randomly kick the unit for no reasons. The unit comes with 2 different set of filters (NanoProtect HEPA filter & Active Carbon filter). You would need to open the front cover to access these filters and unwrap both of them as they came installed wrapped in sealed plastic casings. It's a pretty straight forward process, even a 5-year old can do it. Controls are pretty straight forward - there are 4 touch sensitive buttons (ON/OFF, Night Mode, Fan Speed & Child Lock) and one round LED display in the middle. To turn the unit on, you only need to touch lightly on the ON/OFF button and watch it comes alive as the centre LED lights up with a red ring. It'll automatically detects the current air quality within your bedroom then adjust it's speed accordingly. The ring changes colour based on the air quality - red being bad, blue means all good & purified, with a hue of magenta to indicates somewhere in between bad & good air quality. This being an entry-level unit, it's not app-enabled. So there's no way for you to exactly know exactly the quality level of air you're breathing. Noise level coming out of this unit is quite acceptable, although it can get really loud when it's running on turbo mode. It somehow auto senses when it's night time and automatically switches to Night Mode, which is amazingly quiet, you would sometimes wonder if it's turned on or not. You can actually feel the difference in air quality within 24H of using the purifier, it feels like you're breathing fresh air from the mountains. If you smoke or vape in your bedroom often, this model is able to sense "bad air" within a few seconds and automatically crank the fan speed up to turbo mode until the air quality is back to ideal.

It was a good and quality product that I have ever use. i have a big family, 7 peoples living in a house with also several of cats live together. I am also have a baby around 10 months old. I have problems with cats fur and also dusk inside the home and keep sneezing. My father in law is a heavy smokers and will smoke in the house without concern others health. It makes me and wife worried about our babies health because he will be taking care by my mother in law while we are out for work. Since using this product, I found our life much more better than before. I am no longer sneeze when in the house and my baby now sleeps comfortably. This product is very user friendly and suitable for anyone who concern about their health. The size of this product is also not too big and not too small to fit in every corner of the house without taking much space. A quality product comparable to other luxury brands.

Unboxing this product was like opening a lovely surprise gift. It is such a beautiful elegant yet unobtrusive design. I love the panelling and the modern smooth touchpad. It is solid yet lightweight, and the carry handle makes it easy to move from room to room. I also like that it analyses the air quality and indicates it in an easy to read manner. We started off in the master bedroom. I studied the manual and dove into removing the packaging from the filters. It was easy, with indicators and tabs showing which direction they were to be inserted back into the machine. I was relieved to see the air quality on the bedroom was good. The purifyer functioned almost silently, night mode was activated perfectly and we slept well. I next tried it downstairs, where the cats and kids hang out most of the time. The low hum didnt disturb the cats. The machine indicator started off pink, but it quickly set to work filtering the air, and not long after went blue. The child lock worked well, and my smallest child quickly lost interest in it. Then i gave the Philips air purifyer the ultimate challenge - the kids rooms! Due to prolonged dusty and noisy renovations next door, the room windows have not been opened often so there was a musty smell that air fresheners only temporarily masked. We set the machine to work. After just a few hours, we re-entered the room and found no smell!!! It was like a miracle! This product would be a godsend to those in small homes living in the city, with respiratory sensitivities or with sensitivities to pets. I am looking forward to using it during the hazy season to refresh the indoor air.

I received this product and easily installing it by myself based on the manual given.The Air purifier is medium size and it does not disturb my bedroom space.The white colour looks very stylish and elegant.It is easy to operate with one soft touch.When 1st time i us it at my bedroom the colour ring on dashboard show red colour after a while it turned to blue colour that meant the colour ring provide me clear of air quality.I was really excited on that situation,so i tried again by bringing a bundle of dirty cloths into my bedroom,automatically the colour ring change to red colour and then slowly turn back to blue.It's easy to understand the function button at dashboard.I also try different type of fan speed manual and auto.The night sensor mode is special feature to me.It can constant air quality monitoring and give me a clean air when i sleep.The sound are really slow and not disturbing my sleep.My child can't play the button because i used the child lock button at dashboard.It really meet my expectation because when I woke up early morning i am not sneezing anymore and i feel fresh, my surrounding also feel fresh and comfortable.I feel really worth it with Philip Air Purifier.I will recommend to my family member and friend.
