Pear parcel

This delicious dessert is easy to make. Tip: serve while still a little warm. Tasty!

Servings 4 persons


  • 4 sheets puff pastry
  • 500 ml vanilla custard
  • 2 small pears
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate decoration


  • Peel the pears and cut them in half. Remove the pips with a spoon and cut small indentations in the pears.
  • Place a small spoonful of vanilla custard in the middle of the pastry slices and place the pear on top.
  • Coat the slices with a lightly beaten egg and sprinkle with the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Heat the Airfryer to 165 degrees and bake the small individual parcels for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish the pear parcels with chocolate and whipped cream and serve with vanilla custard.
