Should I cleanse my face before or after VisaCare use?

Yes. Always make sure that you have cleansed and dried your face before use. If you use VisaCare Advanced (SC6220, SC6240) please make sure that you dry your face before use. Note that VisaCare Prestige (SC6250) can be used on a wet face for a smoother glide and gentle feeling.
