My Philips VisaCare does not charge

If your Philips VisaCare fails to charge, this can be due to several reasons. Please try the following to determine what the problem might be.

Electric socket

Make sure the socket to which you connect VisaCare is live. If you are using a socket in a bathroom cabinet, you may need to switch on the light to activate the socket.

Voltage

Check whether the voltage indicated on your VisaCare corresponds to the local mains voltage.

Placement

Check if your VisaCare is properly placed in its stand.
