The product ensures clean carpet and tiles. It sweeps and picks up particles from carpets.

Excellent product. It does what I wanted. A few things to improve : 1. The power cord if longer will be ideal 2. It is very prone to tripping over the power cord due to the position of the wire and the way you handle the item. You (and your R&D) need to have real life use to see the problem 3. The "velcro" become worn out easily and does not stick to the pad (doesn't really matter once you start steaming) Overall, this is an excellent item.

Thorough cleaning. Keep the place clean and dry. Lightened my housework.

Great for cleaning floor of open space but under sofa and furniture cannot reach as the water tank is in the way. Also there is still dust along the sides of walls due to design of vacuum's roller. will be good if there are brushes to sweep the sides and water tank is slim, Also if foot goes to near it is hot due to steam so must be careful

This product is terrible. 1. My floor is so wet and leave behind all the water marks unless I use another separate mop to dry it. 2. It says 99.9% killing germs, but it doesn't feel that hot at all. 3. Can't use the 2-in-1 function together, it only push the dirt to the edge line of the microfiber cloths than anything else.
