My VisaCare is not working as well as it used to

If your VisaCare is not working as well as it used to, this can be due to several reasons. Please try the following to determine the problem.

Clogged filter

If the filter is clogged, clean the treatment tip by rinsing it under the tap. If the ring is dirty, let it soak in hot water with washing-up liquid for 5–10 minutes. You can use the cleaning brush to clean it. Make sure you clean the filter with the treatment tip upside down to rinse off any dirt left in the filter. Dry the treatment tip with a lint-free towel or let it air dry.

No suction

Remove the tip of the device and switch it on. When you put your finger on the hole, you should be able to feel the suction. If you do not feel the suction, the device might be broken or the tip might need to be replaced. Check the user manual or package for replacement recommendations to keep achieving the best results with VisaCare.
