How to receive push notifications for my Philips Doorbell and Wireless Spotlight Cameras

If you would like to enable push notifications for your Philips Doorbell and/or Wireless Spotlight Cameras and receive them on your mobile device, please follow the steps below.
Android – Huawei
Go to the phone settings page and click "Notifications", then "More notification" settings, and turn on all the switches.
Return to the "Notifications" page and find the Philips Home Safety app, then turn all of the switches on again.
Return to the settings page and tap "Apps", then "App launch". Find the Philips Home Safety app and turn on the switch.
Return to the settings page, tap the "Battery" option, and make sure that "Power saving mode" and "Ultra Power Saving mode" are off, as these options can block notification messages.
Always on display: Open the phone settings and navigate to "Display" settings and enable "Always On Display", then select "Show Always".
All notifications on: Return to the main "Settings", go to the "Notifications" page and find "App notifications." Select the desired app ("Philips Home Safety"), then select "Allow notifications" and enable notifications.
Full-screen alerts: Return to the "Settings" page and find "Apps". Select "Special Access" and select "Full-screen alerts", then enable them for "Philips Home Safety".
Lock screen settings: In "Settings", click on "Lock screen notifications" and turn them "On". Then, enable "Show content when unlocked" and "Show on Always On Display".
Open your phone's settings and navigate to "Apps". Go to "Permissions" and select "Philips Home Safety". Allow "Show on Lock screen" and enable it. Then, enable "Display pop-up windows...".
Show on Lock screen: Allowed
Return to the settings page, select "Lock screen", then enable "Wake Lock screen for notifications".
Find the desired app and toggle the switch on.
Go back to the "Notifications" page and tap on "Floating Notifications".
Locate the app and enable the switch.
Return to the settings page and choose "Battery & Performance".
Disable the "Battery saver" and "Ultra battery saver" options. (Enabling these options may block many notification messages.) Select "Balanced".
Return to the settings page, select "Notifications & Control centre", go to "Lock Screen", "App notifications", and allow Philips Home Safety.
Find the app and toggle the switch on.
Return to the settings page, select "Notifications & Control centre", tap "Floating notifications", then "App notifications", and allow Philips Home Safety.
