Setting up Biometric authentication

To set up Biometric authentication, follow the steps below:

Tap the Philips Home Safety app

Go to "Profile"

Tap "Account"

Switch on "Biometric Recognition"

Now you can unlock and access the app using your face, fingerprint or PIN code.

Note: Biometric Authentication requires the device to support this feature. Check your device's specifications or settings to confirm if it supports Biometric Authentication.

Both PIN code and biometric recognition are defined in the phone settings.
