Can I use my Philips Avent Premium Breast Pump cordless?

Published on 14 February 2024

The Philips Avent Electric Breast pump can be used cordless or while plugged into a power outlet. To use it cordless and get the best possible experience, please make sure that it is fully charged. Make sure that you charge it fully before the first cordless use. Fully charging the batteries takes up to 4 hours.

To charge the battery:

  1. Switch off the device
  2. Insert the adapter into the wall socket and insert the small plug at the other end into the motor unit
  3. The battery is charging when the battery lights light up one by one and go out all together (below picture displays the running lights).
  4. When battery is fully charged, remove the adapter from the wall socket and pull the small plug out of the motor unit

Note:  one battery light is equal to one expression session of 20 min (Double Electric) or 30 min (Single Electric).
