Try different ways of holding the VisaCare in order to find the right angle of the treatment tip with the forehead for good skin contact. Make sure to move the VisaCare slowly over your forehead. You can try to hold your hand still and move your head instead.
You can also try to stretch and hold the skin with one hand and move the device away from that hand with your other hand. This helps especially on temples and cheeks.
