- The network name may indicate whether it is a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz network (e.g. "MyNetwork_2.4GHz" or "MyNetwork_5GHz")
Many routers support "dual band" Wi-Fi, which supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi frequency bands. The Philips Home Safety devices are only compatible with 2.4 GHz networks. Follow these steps to identify the frequency of your Wi-Fi network.
