Viva CollectionHand blender

since i have a baby, i look foward to find a product that can make a puree or baby food as simple and as faster as i can... so i figure up this hand blender is very efficiant to me. futher more, they come with food processer jar and ballon whisk... it make my life easier in the kitchen....

[Employee of philipsglobal] I bought my Philips Viva Collection Hand blender about a year ago mainly for the hand blender. As it turns out...I use this blender with all attachments all of the time! Making delicious sauces, whisking, chopping...it does it all! I have had several cheaper blenders in the past from other manufacturers (that have all broken within a few months) but this is by far the best for build quality, speed, settings, versatility and overall design. Apart from my Philips kettle it is the most used appliance in my kitchen as it is lightweight, convenient to plug in and use and easy to clean. I highly recommend the Philips Viva Collection Hand blender. A quality item at a great price.

bought this product to replace my old philips hand blender which worked perfectly for about 5 years until now, it still works great but if i detatch the blender from the motor, its hard to fit it back...due to a small rubber part which has become loose caused by general wear and tear. this new product looks nice, and feels solid and its multi speed, turbo feature is very handy.

I bought this as my old stick blender decided to call it a day and I am glad that I purchased this quality product. I am sure it is built to last. I make baby food in large quantities to share with my Mothers group friends and this makes very light work of that. The jug is a great size for blending soups and purees. The product feels nice in the hand and very well made.

received this off my mum as a Christmas present, and loved it as soon as it came out the box.. it can clearly be seen that this product was designed with ease of use and simplicity in mind.. from the 16 speed motor with turbo function... to the nice feel of it in your hand... this is one product, that most manufacturers cannot beat, weight, performance, looks and feel wise.. thank you Philips ! for another wonderful product that i am glad to own..

Very easy to use and wash. Good for people who hate to wash the whole blender.

Excellent Product...very easy to use and clean as well...

This is a "must have" for those of you who enjoy congee - fast. ;Just cook rice in a pot, when it's done, add a chicken cube and ;more water, bring to boil, turn off fire, then use the hand blender to blend to the consistency of congee(took me less than a minute of blending), add shredded chicken or minced pork etc and whatever garnishings, and it's ready! ;My family members loved it so much there wasn't enough to go round! This pot of congee used to take me 2 hrs to cook but with this blender, it took less than 1/2 an hour.

Bought this item for my son who's studying in a culinary school and a chef in the making. He was delighted with this gift. He's been using it up to 3 times a week practising for his finals.
