I purchase from shope.my , the product is great but it is difficult to found the serial number for register warranty.

My rice cook was very nice.easy to wash, the rice doesn't stick I like.

Love the red color. Very practical large handle on inner pot. Fast to cook and easy to clean. Price? Also very reasonable. Been using for more than a year. Then bought another 2 more during promotion period as gifts. It’s value for money in looks and quality.

Cooking does not take long. very easy to use and does the job well. However do not be fooled by the size of it, It seems big outside but the inner compartment is small
