A safe and user friendly kitchen appliance. The default timer for each type of ingredient makes it easy to operate this pressure cooker.

This piece of technology is just fantabulous! You can do a lot of things with it and I use it every now and then. The only drawback is the inner pot coating which is easily get scratches. Although I use wooden spatula for sautéing, but it get scratches after a few usage. It could be due to my wooden spatula too harsh for the non-stick coating. But I do not have this kind of problem with my other ceramic non-stick cookware. My advice is be sure to use a really soft wooden spatula or silicone spatula is the best fit. Hopefully the inner pot non-stick coating is safe for human consumption. Looking forward for more Philips's innovative products.

I am so impressed with this cooker! I have never had a pressure cooker before and needed to replace my slow cooker so I invested in this and I am so glad I did! It is fantastic in every way and I am always looking for more recipes to try so that I can use it. It did seem to take some time to get up to the pressure point the first time I used it but now that I know that I take the time into account when using that setting.

Used ours multiple times since we have had it and had great results with every meal. So easy to put together a last minute meal with the fast cooking times when using Pressure Cooker function. Have made soups, stews and curries with lots of recipies available online.
