2 year warranty
Your Philips Robot Vacuum is fitted with three drop-off sensors at the bottom. These drop-off sensors are designed to detect and avoid height differences. The device is able to detect and avoid the stairs, but in some cases, it might not detect them. Therefore, we recommend that you avoid using the device next to staircases unless you are able to monitor it.
Note:
To ensure proper detection of stairs, steps or other height differences, clean the sensors at the bottom of your Philips Robot Vacuum regularly.
