No bass coming out of the subwoofer

Do ensure the subwoofer is connected to the main unit and powered up. After you get a successful audio connection, simply press the BASS button on the remote control to bring up the BASS tweaking option and use the BASS +/- buttons to adjust the bass level to your liking.
