Philips AventComfort Single electric breast pump

Got this during those desperate first days with a newborn, never regretted. It helped keeping my supply coming when I had to briefly stop breastfeeding for 48h. Very easy to use, the different levels of strength were perfect depending on what time of the day I was pumping. Comfortable for the breast, it also helped me massage it every time I had blocked tubs in my breast (sadly quite often). Two years later I used it again with my second child, didn’t need to read the manual as all came back easily in my memory - that easy to use! And still going strong on third child, 4 years after purchase. Can’t fault this product at all. Definitely recommended.

I am a new mum and was doing lots of research about breastpumps, asking family and friends their opinions and advice. I was tossing up between this one and another popular pump. My criteria were affordability, ease of use, how easy it was to clean/keep clean and how well they worked. For me this product ticked all those boxes, and it can be used with batteries for when you need to pump whilst out and about. One feature that was really important for me was the tube that attaches to the pump and motor doesn't get any milk in it. It is also fairly quiet when being used and is so easy to assemble.

I bought this pump on the way home from the hospital and have not been disappointment. With a premature baby that could not latch this pump was perfectly easy to use, small enough to pop into the nappy bag if we were going somewhere where I'd have the chance to pump. Sleek design, sturdy and considering I was pumping 10-12 times a day to begin with, it was up to the job. Would recommend this pump to anyone!

I am really happy with this breast pump. I have a manual breast pump and I wanted a pump that was easier to use and be able to express more milk faster.

This product has been such a lifesaver for me. It’s sometimes a struggle for moms in general to breastfeed however this product has made it so much easier. It’s easy to use and very convenient. Would highly recommend. Also Being electric made it so much easier to use than a manual one, and as a person who doesn't particularly like expressing, it made the whole process a lot easier.

Excellent product, made the whole breastfeeding journey easier for those that need to express as well. I found this pump to be great to either use when feeding or alone. It wasn't distracting for my little one at all and produced a good amount of milk in a short space of time. I would highly recommend this pump to my other new mum friends and is well worth the money.

I can't comment on the use of this product as I have yet to have my baby. However, it looks and feels good. What I can comment on is the support aspect. The support received from the WellVine breastfeeding professional was second to none. I feel this support is really beneficial for both expectant and new Mums and very informative. I now feel confident to breastfeed my baby and use the Philips Avent breast pump!

This product is worth buying, even if it's just for the free 3 month's Wellvine support line! I obtained the product having never breastfed before and was very nervous from the outset. After just one call to the support line, i felt completely reassured and more knowledgeable. The product feels sturdy and well made and i now feel confident in using it.
