Fast boiling with stainless steel & no plastic that comes in contact with the hot boiling water which give users peace of mind without worrying unwanted chemicals contaminate the drinking water. Furthermore with the easy to clean removable water filter which help to minimized unwanted materials like scale or small particles gets into our beverages. The keep warm feature is excellent for coffee & tea making as is at the optimum temperature.

I like it because it can keep warm after boiling. The only thing is the body tends to be really hot. Otherwise nice and elegant

This is my 2nd unit purchased. I bought it as spare just in case it gets discontinued. Very pratical product : a) the ''keep warm'' feature, very very useful and practical. Dont need a thermo pot anymore! b) made of stainless steel and not plastic

Been buying this for my family daily use. It boils really fast and it is so convenient.

I like all aspects of this kettle; it is large enough to boil a higher volume of water, compared to boiling the same amount of water using my previous kettle. Its top lid cover could be opened to a wider angle, and thus it is easy to hold the kettle in the sink when filling water from the tap. But I have to be very careful when I pour the hot water out into a flask. This is because its top lid cover needs to be tighter to fit the mouth of the opening to be waterproof, so that when I pour the hot water out of the kettle at the start and at the end of of my pouring process, the hot water will not spill from the opening unexpectedly. I have not used the Keep Warm function yet.

Actually I am using it for 2 yrs and got have 2 of them to use in different rooms. Works very well. Sound is a lot but I guess that’s expected given it is stainless steel and no coil running through. Very easy to clean. Small brown spots below which I don’t care.

It needs my needs in terms of capacity, speed of boiling and, as its stainless steel, its stands out next to my other appliances.
