PerfectCare EliteSteam generator iron

Just bought and used this iron for past few days . It works perfectly fine and easy to function. I like it because it is light , easy to iron and strong steam (lower steam when turn ECO mode) which shorten the ironing time a lot. I love it and hope it can last .

I am totally in love with this iron. Philips steam generator iron gets the job done quickly. It leaves me more free time with family.

Love the design and easy to iron garment for few minutes

I have used Philip Steam Generator iron for more than a year now and am pleased with its performance, especially on its smooth and fast ironing with steam. It can iron all types of cloth - jeans, cotton, silk and even canvas with ease. The fast ironing has helped a lot. It can now iron a lot more clothes, from my experience it is easily 3 times more than my previous non steam iron before. The water bucket attached with the iron is also quite big which can last for more than 1 hour non stop ironing. I highly recommend to anyone who wish for an easy and fast ironing.

Smooth as silk. Yes. The ironing process become smooth as silk. With the automatic temperature setting, I just can start ironing as soon as it's ready. All I need is just one glide with the steam and walla! The fabric become smooth and the wrinkles is gone! Previously, I usually have the problem to find the right temperature to iron the satin fabric. But now, I can iron any kind of fabric without problem! Heavy but light. The whole package is quite heavy, but thank god! The iron is very light and very easy to use it as it glides easily to any kind of fabric. I also love that the iron have the Eco modes that can helps in saving energy as well. My mom also surprised with the result and she also happy with the iron!

Received and unboxing my Philips steam generator iron GC9630/20..my 1st impression was it is so big n bulky!!! But then i realised its only the generator, the iron looks sleek, modern and very lightwight. But still, need a bigger iron board. Very excited to try it! I tried on a few fabric material.its really save my time and energy because we only have to iron one side!!! It smoothes creases quickly escpecially getting rid of deep creases. It also has ultra long lasting steam performance which makes ironing very quick and easy. The iron glide easily on all fabric material and i also dont have to adjust the temperature!! I can go from ironing silk to cotton immediately without changing any setting.The 1.8 litre water tank is also removable-perfecto! I am also in love with this iron because it has an automatic cut off safety feature - thats really important because with 3 children in my house sometimes i will leave the iron in the middle of ironing process or forgot to switch it off when i am done. The best part is nothing burns or sticks to the sole plate -100% superb!!

This item was great!!... As I tested today,there was no water spill during ironing like the current iron i used, super light. Also, it very smooth and save the time on iron.I do recommend this all

I have been hoping to find an iron which can ease my weekly ironing job. But with the price, i was a bit reluctant whether can i straight buy one and really will be using it. Thanks Insider for this campaign and solve my hesitation. First impression, i didn't know it's so big...Glad to find out the iron that we use is very light. Cons for me to use the iron: - Can just iron any fabric without arranging it in advance according to temperature used. - Fast to iron clothes now, just slide through once basically and it's smooth - Bigger water tank allows me to finish my one week clothes without keep refilling water, even refill, need not switch off it and pretty easy. - No need to stop to spray water/ironing aids to help in ironing , save my cost to buy ironing aids too. - My children (9 and 6yo) are also able to lift up and use the iron without much problems and less worries from safety perspective compared to traditional iron. Can teach and get them to iron at young age from now now. - My husband's co uniform is in white, and i need not worry to burn or leave any yellowish stain on his uniform from now on. I realize even thick cotton materials, very fast to get it smooth just by sliding through once.It cuts down my time to iron. - I can finally iron those challenging fabric clothing, i normally dare not really iron those silk clothes as afraid it will burn and spoil the clothes, i tried to iron those fabric last Sunday, without any worries and easy to get the ironing job done. - With lighter iron and faster ironing time, somehow i didn't suffer from back pain even i spent almost an hour to iron all the different fabric after i finished ironing husband's co uniform and pants, my clothes and kids' school uniforms. - can steam iron long dress by hanging it and surprisingly it's done easily too. Cons for me: - In order to use this Perfect Care Elite Steam generator iron, we must have a wider ironing board to put it on. Normal ironing board might not be stable enough. - Need a bigger place to keep it when it's not in used. I love it, even my husband said: you have finally enjoy ironing after getting this magic iron.

i just got the iron few days ago, and been ironing all my clothes now, everyday! since i am a girl, this is what i like about the iron. very very easy to use. just push the button then wait a few seconds until a ‘beep’ sound, and you are good to use. suitable to iron all types of shawl, whether it is the cheap pasar malam keknis shawl for daily use, or to the expensive dUCk shawl for special occasions. I do not have to worry about burning any holes on my shawl now, as the temperature of the iron will automatic follow type of fabric. plus point is, when i am ironing and i want to turn the clothes on the other side, i can easily put the iron on the iron board without burning the board! for baju kurung, i also tried it on organza with lining inside and also pleated fabric. iron runs smoothly without ruining the original pleat. other type of fabric i tried on are cotton and canvas. suitable for who? i really think, the iron is very suitable for families especially that have children still in school, can ease your work ironing all their school uniform, as you only need to iron 1 side of the cloth only. i cannot think what i dont like about this product. maybe just the weight. it is heavy. so you need to get a good place to put the iron beside the ironing board.
