PerfectCare PureSteam generator iron

I have tried using it today here is what I have encountered: The steam boot is very weak as pressure pump is not giving it full cooperation waited for a minute still weak on the pressure pump. Misleading on the warranty period as the sticker shows five years warranty but here shows is two years warranty. So which is which to follow ?

Bought this about a week ago. Not sure if I'm the only one experiencing slow and inconsistent steam flow. Steam is coming out only from the top nozzle and not from the rest of the iron plate. Motor generator response is very slow to produce steam even with boost. Thus using the iron vertically is not achievable. Overall experience using this iron quite disappointing.

It takes way longer than 2 minutes to get going....it's not very light, considering the water is in a separate tank. The steam comes out under great pressure when you press the button, but that is the only time it comes out and there is a delay between the button being pressed and the steam occurring. The ironing is weak and you need to steam press cotton pillow cases, but then the steam comes out so fiercely and there is so little control over it, that it's scary and unpleasant to use. The base unit leaks water. All in all made the ironing a more arduous task than necessary and I am massively disappointed.
