Everything perfect, essy to use and it is user friendly. I would suggest for every house unit in Malaysia to have it.

It's great for ironing delicate clothes and pants. Only bad point is the hanger is too light and easily tilt over.

Good product n easy to use. Even my son now enjoy it and hv his school uniform iron on his own without using iron board. It does handy and friendly user without taking too much space.

it look simple to use but not really. now the steamer is kept in the box and stored away.

Very disappointed. After waiting 1 to 2 min, the steam shoot out. Put low temp, steam works fine but not easy to iron as mentioned. Take longer time instead. After 3rd attempt of using, I gave up and instead use the normal steam iron. Regret of buying.

This is one of the worst garment steamer. The steam come out randomly and stop after 30 seconds. I have to hold the handle and wait for the steam. It took me hours to unwrinkled my clothes. And after 1 month it's malfunction. Only the water boiled but no longer got steam come out even i forever waiting. Its really the worst steamer ever. Please stop selling on market.

Already malfunction although not much using. Not functioning well when first time using it. Feeling disappointed!

The hanging base is so light that we spend nearly all the time to ensure cloths hanged don't fell of the cloth hanger! One normal cloth takes us 20 minutes to steam. Love to see great steaming accessories attached together to help make steaming cloth a pleasant experience. Steaming cloth is great, but consult user what practical features they what to ease their chore. Think how to make ironing one piece of cloth in one minute.
