I love this machine especially with the crease maker, excellent for shirts and pants. only problem with it is the short power lead.

As a product designer I've always been quite fond of the philips range. The price for quality is great but it is a little more than just that for myself. This steamer fantastic for 'quick jobs' when it comes to touching up those little stand out wrinkles where one can't justify the effort setting up the ironing board for. Ongoing maintenance of a product is usually where the ratings drop on my radar, however not in this case. The steamer is straight forward to re-fill with water and clean once every 2-3 months. Additionally, the nozzle does have build up of lint from the clothes that are steamed which can be simply wiped off with a tissue. The only pain I have with this product is the limited degree of movement for the tube. At times the desired angle cannot be achieved, however this is inevitable (at this present era). I understand that it should not kink easily or else it will block the steam, whilst being as flexible as possible for the end user. Having worked with tubing aspects in my field, I understand the struggles to overcome such an issue and I wont let this pit fall ruin the overall rating/review.

What we wanted sadly the hook holding the steamer broke easily and could not find replacement

The product was the best buy that I ever made. It is so good that I do less ironing of the clothes. Does a better job of it, look great too.

I love this product! I haven't ironed any of my clothes for 4 years. That's how much I hate ironing. But wow when I tried this, very impressed on how quick and easy it is to use. Can remove wrinkles in my husband's polo shirts, slacks and jeans. I find that if you push it against a flat surface it can iron even better and faster. Hope they can include a vertical board next time. For now i am trying to improvise. Don't push it against wood though. I learned the hard way. The varnish went to the garment. Still would recommend anyone to buy this. I don't dread ironing anymore.

Good and Easy to use. It help to iron the clothes more faster

I've had the steamer for about 3 years. Rarely got used and when I did it was only for a couple of garments. The design itself was simple to use and no water dropping however I was using it the other day and it decided not to work half way. Tried to turn it back on numerous times and nothing happened.
