EasySpeedSteam iron

Needed a simple steam iron that makes my mornings a better one. Has the right weight, glides through any clothes with any sort of creases. Love the auto-off function (something that I really appreciate as I am always in the rush in the mornings and keep forgetting to turn off the iron!).

The Philips EasySpeed Stem Iron is a great little Iron. Its light weight, irons beautifully and overall is very practical. Nothing fancy or overpriced, does the trick. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone needing a practical easy to use iron.

Especially like the three steam settings as it allows you to adjust for different fabric types.

Ironing can be a chore but with this iron it glides along clothing because it has a ceramic soleplate, making ironing easy and faster. The only only disappointment is the lead is a bit short, apart from that it's a lovely iron

Lovely product to use - it is very light, it's easy to fill with water, the controls are a nice size and the iron heats up quickly. From looking at some of the reviews for this iron, I can see that the short cable length is a problem to many, however I would suggest that if you don't naturally iron close to a wall socket (which I happen to do most of the time), then use of an extension cable is an easy option !! I do this when I need to iron large sheets - it's no trouble at all.

Replaces our last Phillips iron which could not be cured of limescale deposits when ironong, Our fault as we didn't de-calc often enough. This model has much more user friendly buttons and de-calc is far easier to understand. It's nice and light which makes it easier to use with large batches of ironing. So far a good upgrade from previous model. Kev

An easy to use and fairly light iron that does the job. Instructions could have been a little clearer regarding using the turbo steam and steam boost functions, but once mastered (partly by trial & error) everything works fine. Early days, but happy to recommend this iron.

This has been the best iron I've used so far and I am extremely happy with it.
