Simple to use, easy to clean. Can really feel the difference before and after use

The robot vacuum does not sense the dirt and always clash to the wall. I not sure why it will like that. Not so satisfied

I love this product as it able to clean under low furniture and also hair, but too bad that the battery die after 1 year.

Suction is good, easy to clean the machine. A bit noisy

The following feedback are for Philips to improve on - Design : For the Z-pattern cleaning mode, I would expect that the robot would go row by row from one side to the other systematically to clean the entire room. However, this isn't the case. For height detection, the robot falls off the edge when its back faces the edge. This could be attributed to the sensors being installed at the front. Having additional sensors at the back would help to prevent it from happening. Most of the time, the robot is able to get out when it gets stuck under a furniture upon its entry underneath. However, on some occasions, it gets stuck there.

easy to setup, use and operate. great help in cleaning the floor at our house. Our house floor is now almost dust / dirt free. Thanks to this great innovation. We love it.

Overall is good but noise level is high. And only have timer for 24hours, cannot schedule to activate the robot in 4 or 8 hour time.
