2000 SeriesBagged vacuum cleaner

I have bought many different vacuum cleaners in the past but this particular model is the best I have ever used so far. it's light and noise level is very minimal. More importantly, the cleaning is so easy as the roller is very smooth. This model comes with disposable bag so it meets my needs. My previous one came without bag so need to manually dispose which is very dusty.

Price is reasonable with good suction feature. Only drawback is the AC power cord twisted.

The disappointment is the thickness of the wire coil. Compare to previous Philips vacuums, this time around the wire is too thin and get entangle easily. Also the groove to hold the vacuum stick does not hold it well ad out comes out very easily.

Power is not adjustable, yet video shows one with adjustable power knob. Would not have buy it in the first place.

Back cover the the hot air outlet keep dropping and the letch is not good.The metal rod is to heavy and not long when vacuum the ceiling, bush not incurred. Product problems

Although the power showed is 2000w but the, but the vaccum suction power is lower than my existing Philip vacuum which is only 1800W. And the vacuum pipe always dislodge when vacuuming. I think the design is not good and there is a fault on manufacturing. I felt frustrated every time I use. Will send back to Philip for checking or exchange.
