This is not the experience we wish you had. However, we suggest you try these suggestions to see if you can fix the issue. Check to determine if the electrical outlet is operational where your charger is plugged in. Another device can also be plugged in to test the functionality of the power socket. Make sure that you are using the original Philips Charger and charging cable or USB cable that is recommended or that came with your groomer. Additionally, make sure the charging plug can fully enclose the gadget given its design. Avoid pushing it in because doing so could harm the device. You can purchase a new charger, cable, or USB cable from our online store if you no longer have the originals. Make sure your Philips Groomer is properly positioned on the charging stand you are using and that it is plugged in before you attempt to start charging it. Your groomer requires regular cleaning to function properly. Hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its performance. To clean the device, take off the attachments and cutter and clean the area underneath it with water. Do not use soapy water or any cleaning detergents, as this can remove the protective grease on the cutter and affect its performance.
