The epilator is great to use.Less Painful compared to other hair removal techniques. The accessories coming with this product are of good use.

Great value, the quality you expect from Philips. It actually hurts less than the cheap metal tweezer versions - sometimes I don't even feel it. I can't use it under my nose yet though as that is still too painful. Charge lasts a long time and the light is useful for showing up ALL the hairs! Even works on breast/nipple hairs!

Love it, works a treat. After my previous epilator 'died' I had purchased a really cheap one on-line only to find it pulled off some of my skin and was quite dangerous. After much research, purchased my current Phillips one and couldn't be happier. Better than my original one and no painful injuries now.

My previous epilator, a Braun Silk Epil 9 (which cost a couple of hundred dollars) died two days ago. In desperation I decided to give this one a go and I can't say how thankful I am! It cost me just $105.00 from Harvey Norman and is hands-down THE most pain-free epilation I've EVER had! It's lighter and easier to hold than the Braun one and seems, at this stage, much easier to clean given the ceramic tweezers. Win-win-win!

At this stage In have only used the unit a few times but the results surpass the previous one I have been using. My skin feels a lot smoother and it seems to do a quicker and cleaner job. Very happy with it.

As someone with PCOS, I get facial hair and this has changed my life, I just run this over quickly instead of standing there plucking individual hairs every day. It works very well for dark, coarse hairs, but less so for lighter hairs. It does armpits very well. It did my leg hairs well when I was white with darker hairs, but atm I am tanned and my hairs are blonde and it seems to struggle with them a bit now, takes a few going overs. But I still love it. If you have dark, coarse hairs you need this in your life.

Absolutely love this epilator. Facial peach fuzz gone with little discomfort. The upper lip is a bit more painful but still well worth the discomfort/pain/agony (kidding) for the outcome

I just love it. No as painful as others I have used. I was doing my top lip and it was taken into the spinning wheel. But that automatically stopped, wow was I pleased.
