Just brilliant, was worried when I purchased this I'd get buyers remorse. It's been over a year and it's the best £1000+ I've spent In years, it's probably cheaper now too. The most beautiful picture quality I've seen and unlike all the other OLED monitors It comes calibrated right out the box, even comes with a certificate with the details of calibration. The ambiglow really does add to the experience, a lot. Didn't think I'd notice but i do. Adds to the atmospehere of movies and games. It's my first Philips model of anything but If all their other products are this good I'll be looking at them in future. it's also the best looking of all the monitors, I admit I do game mostly on it but I'm no whipper snapper, the alien heads and edgy sharp pointy trying to look like a race car monitors are of no interest to me. This design is sleek, sensible, would sit just as well in your living room or office at work and not feel stupid. Kinda sad that because Philips aren't into any other gaming related products really that this monitor gets overlooked, I'd wager It's the best of the bunch. It literally has the exact same panel the Alienware models have that everyone raves about, but comes pre calibrated also. 10/10 product.

initially I was not impressed, until I set HDR and True Blacks up, and wow - the best quality I have ever seen in a digital screen. Was blown away,.

Picture quality is amazing , running with a 6800xt Amd card, gaming /movies/streaming look fantastic out if the box! Slight ghosting in some games , easy fix tune down to 144hrz no issues , only 1 problem the OSD/Menu is shocking was it made with windows 95 , 1 button for all actions is a bad move , plays up here and there , when trying to turn off or follow on screen prombs for pixel refresh etc etc ! OSD/menu should be updated !

Was hard to turn off. Developed a grey out area of 10 cm long by 4 cm high, took back to Scorptec ,in the end I exchanged it to a Samsung which works great

Pixel orbiting often draws a picture outside of the visible area, even on the last 1.04 firmware. Often it happens after waking up. Please fix it

Philips manufactures some excellent monitors and TVs at competitive prices compared to the rest of the market While I really appreciate this monitor and its lovely screen, there are some very frustrating design choices that let it down, resulting in my rating of out of5 stars. First, the positives: the OLED screen is gorgeous, offering high-quality visuals with the typical strengths of OLED technology—deep blacks and whites. The colours are rich and well-calibrated. I was surprised by text rendering, considering many reviewers suggest these screens are ideal for non-gaming tasks. I find the text rendering to be absolutely fine. What sealed the deal for me was the auto KVM switch feature, allows me to use my keyboard and mouse for both my Windows gaming PC and Mac Mini fiddling with switches or cables. If only all monitors had this built-in works fabulously well and is a true godsend. Now, the negatives: although the Ambilight works fine for non-HDR use, when you set your computer to HDR, the Ambilight cannot display warm colors—everything appears either white, blue, or light green. It is unclear whether this issue is related to Windows or Philips, but it is very bizarre and defeats the purpose of Ambilight. The most frustrating aspect is the power-off process. There is no simple on/off button, you have to hold the navigator button for five seconds before your PC shuts off; otherwise, the monitor will go into standby mode instead of turning off. This is incredibly frustrating. Another irritating feature is the OLED care pixel refresh warning every four hours. This in itself is bad enough, its poor implementation makes it even worse and will drive you mad. The monitor tells you it needs to pixel refresh and ask to proceed yes or no, but then doesn't work if you select yes - it starts and then cancels itself. The only way to get it to work is by installing the Philips software and starting it through that. Such a basic design choice error and it makes me wonder, do they even test these monitors? surely 5 minutes in the lab by someone simply testing the on/off process would have identified that nightmare design choice. As I say, its fantastic hardware completely let down down by school boy error functionality. It would have had a 5 star review if I could switch it off, have ambilight working with HDR and pixel refresh function working properly.

The facts of the matter are the pixel refresh is hopeless as the control system to turn on doesn't work as described. It is one of the most anyoing features I have ever seen on a monitor. Customer support has solved nothing. You need firmware and software updates bandly.
