Walls and/or ceilings greatly reduce the wireless range –> you need to move closer to the base unit/transmitter. Your batteries are almost empty –> re-charge the headphones on the base unit There might be another radio source nearby that is disturbing the signal –> Radio Frequency products are always subject to other possible signal sources
