Solutions for possible causes

Cause 1: The dust compartment is full

To empty the dust compartment, press the dust compartment to detach the dust compartment

Remove the filter holder from the dust compartment and empty the dust compartment.

Cause 2: The filter is clogged

Make sure you empty the dust compartment and clean the filter regularly to optimise the performance of the appliance.
Remove the dust compartment from the appliance and take the filter holder out of the dust compartment. To remove the filter from the holder, turn it anticlockwise and pull it off the holder.

Clean the filter with a brush. If the filter is very dirty, clean it with a normal vacuum cleaner.

Cause 3: Accessories are clogged

Check the accessories that come with the vacuum cleaner and make sure they are not clogged.

The nozzle and other accessories are not dishwasher-proof.
