How to clean the filters of my Philips PowerPro Compact
When to clean the filters of the PowerPro Compact?
Clean the filters every month to preserve optimal suction power. Replace the filters once every year. You can order a new set of filters under type number FC8058.
Note:
Cleaning does not restore the original colour of the filter, but does restore its filtration power.
Cleaning the EPA/HEPA and foam filter
- Rinse the EPA/HEPA filter and the foam filter under the tap.
- Carefully shake the water from the surface of the EPA/HEPA filter.
- Carefully squeeze the water out of the foam filter.
- Let the EPA/HEPA filter and the foam filter dry completely before you place them back into the appliance.
Replacing the EPA/HEPA and foam filter
Replace the filters once every year. You can order a new set of filters under type number FC8058.
Replacing the exhaust filter
The exhaust filter cannot be cleaned. Replace this filter once every year. You can order a new set of filters under type number FC8058.
