My Philips DailyDuo vacuum cleaner does not charge

Published on 2021-07-04

If your Philips MiniVac vacuum cleaner does not show a charging light, this might have a simple cause. Discover how you can solve this yourself.

  1. You have inserted the adapter into the wall socket properly
  2. The handheld vacuum cleaner is placed correctly in the stick unit
  3. You have placed the appliance onto the charging base properly
  4. The contact points on the stick unit and/or on the handheld vacuum cleaner may be dirty or may not make proper contact

Wipe them clean with a dry cloth and then place the handheld vacuum cleaner in the stick unit.

When you place the handheld vacuum cleaner in the stick unit, move it slightly to the left and right a few times until you hear a click.

If the above solution(s) did not help to solve your problem, please contact Philips Consumer Care.
