Following is few of my opinions after using S9111/12 for 1 week, 1. Design - Sleek and stylish design, definitely among the best looking shaver in the market. It also come with the stylish hardcase which not only ease for traveling but also protect the shaver during travel. 2. Motor - S9111/12 motor sound is quiet, it didn’t produce any loud irritating sound during shaving and this is important to have a good start for our morning. 3. Shaving experience - S9111/12 provide a smoothest shaving experience compare to my previous shaver. It can shave fast and clean in short time and wont make any uncomfortable on your skin. S9111/12 definitely is one of my recommendation to people looking for a quality product with good features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by aphesz from The shaver that packs a punch I've been using Philips electric shavers & multi grooming products for years, so I was naturally excited upon getting this new shaver in my mail. Unboxing is pretty straight forward - you'll find the shaver wrapper in all its glory, charging cable, hard case travelling pouch and beard styling razer. The build quality is great, I love how Philips incorporates a non-slip grip instead of just full plastic body and it helps if you always shave after a good hot shower. The display is a lovely addition, especially when you're used to using older shavers which would pretty much just die on you mid shaving when it ran out of juice. When turned off, you can hardly see anything on the display; call it a stealth-mode if you want but I simply love it as it makes the shaver looked elegant. Turning it on with a quick press will turn the shaver on and the display lights up beautifully but you need to press and hold a few seconds to turn it off. One of the feature I really like is that you can "lock" the shaver so it won't turn itself on when you're travelling and left with 0 juice when you need to use it. It takes some time to get used to using this new shaver, especially with its flexible ContourDetect heads. It felt weird using it the first time as I'm still used to using static, non-moving blades and have full control over which direction to shave - but this is a welcomed advancement. However, the blades on my unit doesn't seems to be as sharp as I expected it to be (nor advertised). It took more than a couple of pass to cut off some of my facial hair, to the extend of I got quite frustrated and decided to switch the head with the beard styler - which does the job amazingly with just a single pass. Attaching and detaching between heads are pretty straight forward and relatively easy - a quick pull will detach the head and a simply push it down until you hear a faint click. It wasn't easy attaching the flexible head in the first place though - it tends to flex & wiggle around as I tried to push it down gently.

Actually I am also using another Philips shaver but different model. Once you on the device, it gives a short (jolt) before being smooth. But this is a non-issue. Initial usage for the first few days needs a bit getting used to compared to my current shaver. It does shave cleanly but takes a few more rounds. After those few days, then when I start getting used to the heads, it becomes very friendly to use. To be honest, I already kept my other shaver and have been using this model Everyday. Overall experience is satisfactory and this device looks much better than my old one. Already told my close friends about this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by swyc from New Gadget ~ Game on I start using the shaver on Mon 9/7/18, maybe it is still new the scratching metal sound quite obvious. This new model compared to my old basic model is totally different, the speed, the depth, the coverage and the control of it. I use less time every morning to shave and it clean shave better than ever before. 3 blades is more easy to clean shave on every corner of my face regardless the contour. I tried other design of shaver, parallel blade type but still cannot beat this 3 spin heads type. You will not regret owning one of this advance technology shaver.

His current shaver are not as sharp and clean as this model. - It does not irritates his skin. - It sharp and could shaved off one tiny hair that no other shaver could! - Gentle to skin while his current model hurts a lot! - Comes with it's case and ready for travel. Though it is not as compact as his current, it serves its purposed. So yeah, would highly recommend to other fellow. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Finally, a totally wet electric shaving! Yes, love the packaging. The shaver feels right to hold in the hand, especially the back non-slip material. Very easy to dismantle with a quick pull for cleaning the shaver head unit and another pull for the blades - very important if you shave daily like me. Dry Shaving: The instructions says to let your skin get accustomed to the circular blade movement first but I actually find them quite pleasing on the first go. I find that a slight rocking movement would do the job instead of the elaborate circles as described in the manual. Overall, the shave left a nice feel on the face and a good clean job. Wet Shave: This is where it gets interesting! This is a luxury that previously had to give way to the convenience of an electric shaver but not anymore. Not only was I able to do a wet shave over the sink, with cream and all, i was also able to wash my face in the shower and shave inside it at the same time as the unit is also waterproof! (haha, I think most of us guys multitask in the shower a lot!) This feature was what got me at "Hello" and it delivered as promised. As with wet shaves, coupled with the rotating blades, the faces ends up tingling fresh and clean. Now to the Cons. It would be nice to be able to fit the trimmer into something. The shaver has a carrier container. That's nice. Now, where to i fit the trimmer so it does gets squashed and, god forbid, break! I'm also counting the days to when I will be losing the 'red bit' for opening the blades for replacement... *sic*. I packed them all now in one of my numerous toiletry bag collected of the years but it would have been nice to have one custom made by Philips. Although opening the unit for cleaning was a breeze, the cleaning process needs to be a bit delicate. On my first attempt to clean the blades, I flung it away whilst shaking off the water.. haha, I supposed that is why Philips introduced the SmartClean System for this... hmm, but where can I buy this. The Series 9000 shaver is a definitely must have for anyone hoping for a clean shave accompanied by a good old wet cream shave, and being able to do it all whilst in the shower is definitely a plus plus! That in itself should have merited me giving a a 5* rating here but then the Philips engineers wouldn't have anything else to do :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by IvanKho from Great Shaver!!! The shaver of the electric motor is fairly powerful and it’s incredibly quiet, it was makes me feel amazing compare my previous shaver. Furthermore, easy to hold, battery life is fairly good with charge quickly and battery indicator is quiet adequate in the context of long battery life. I am using for dry shaves, so feel the shave is very close and easy to clean up. It seem like don’t have the shaver stand accompany with, believe it will make it perfectly if have the stand to put it nicely.

With new products and new technology.PHILIPS SHAVERS S9111 is the best. Easy to use and maintenance .come with new look and easy to handle. Can use in dry and wet conditions.and can wash with water after used. For me this PHILIPS SHAVERS S9111 is the best and great shaves in 2018
