Philips Malaysia partners Future World Malaysia to Offer Superior Customer Experience

Petaling Jaya, Selangor – Philips Malaysia today officially launched its first Brand Store in the nation, at the Publika Shopping Gallery in Kuala Lumpur, launched by Muhammad Ali Jaleel, Country Manager for Philips Malaysia. The Philips Brand Store is a collaboration between the company and Future World, a well-regarded technology retail company. Offering a comprehensive range of Philips’ consumer lifestyle and lighting products, the Brand Store allows Malaysians to find their well-loved Philips consumer and lighting products, all in one convenient location.


The Philips Brand Store is a one-stop centre that offers a heightened shopping experience for Philips’ customers, allowing them to experience trusted and well-loved Philips’ products from the consumer, lighting, and home healthcare product portfolios. They will be able to touch and feel the products, see for themselves the key features as well as pose queries to the knowledgeable store personnel, allowing them to make an informed purchase. Product demonstrations are available upon request, providing customers with a better understanding of Philips’ products. The Brand Store adds to Philips Malaysia’s currently available retail channels, which also includes retail partner and distributor stores nationwide and the online store, providing easy access to products in both online and offline channels.
