I like the frames design and build quality they have a nice light weight and yet have a strong feel to them .
They come in a very attractive printed pouch to keep them clean , though a hard case would be more suitable.
It is only when you put them on that you can start to see the problems and it is all down to those "Oakley 3D optics" the curving of a circular polarized lens causes imperfections in the lenses and the effect is like looking through ridges of thick and thin glass ,the image blurs or jumps by simply moving your head very slightly.
If you were to watch a sporting match or event in 3D and looked at the on screen scores you will find one score is sharp and the other score is blurred the same goes for the players and its then you realise its like that everywhere you look. I am certain that before the lenses are curved to fit the frames the image would look perfect just like it does on the "free" cinema 3D glasses but it is a trade off I currently dont think is worth having .
I waited a couple of weeks before writing a review as I was about to have an eye test and the results were I have excellent eyesight but I took the glasses to the optiticians and he was scathing about them and advised me not to use them.I bought these on the supposed strengths of the Oakley lenses but I will admit I was wrong and now much prefer the 3D experience by using the cheap flat glass lenses that give a 100% sharp image accross the lens.
You should only buy and use these only if you prefer your image more than your image quality.
