Eat Healthy this Ramadan with Philips

According to a survey[1] commissioned by Philips published last year, 25% of Malaysians spend more time in the kitchen during Ramadan in comparison to the rest of the year as an effort to eat healthier. 61% of Muslims in Malaysia believe that eating healthier is important for themselves and their families but have cited healthy eating a challenging habit to practice.
